Do My Crocs Fit Correctly???

I've always said I'll never buy a pair, but the other day I was shoe shopping and tried on a pair, they are really comfortable so I think I'll get a pair....I'm just worried because they are so ugly! :lmao: Do a lot of people really wear these at Disney...I've never noticed them.....I don't want to be the only one looking foolish :rolleyes1

You are going to think back to this post after a long day at Disney when some lady hobbles up beside you and asks "Where oh where did you ever find those mavelous shoes" while your feet feel great and everyone else is dying on their feet. It happens every time and I love it :) I wouldn't even think of going to Disney without my Crocs. :cloud9:

I think you should wear your Uggs around Disney...maybe you can start a new trend!

Hey just kidding...a joke see??

Do you really like Uggs? You are from TN?? You don't wear these seriously in the summer do you? I can't see wearing the Crocs in winter. I would never look right in Uggs anyhow...I think they are cute...just not for me. :thumbsup2

well my strap touches the back of my foot, as the larger size were way too big and wouldnt stay on my feet

Mine does too - Im sure they'd stay on, but I preferred the smaller ones.

My big toe even touched the front the first few wears (one of which was at a Six Flags) They stretch - they mold to your feet.

Im getting a new yellow pair this weekend!!! :yay: Mickey Yellow!!!

To address your original question about it rubbing the top of your foot - I have that "high foot bone" thing going on, too. I wore my Beaches to WDW last October and I did have some trouble with it rubbing up there.

Later in the fall I got a pair of Caymans and I did the dryer trick on them. They have never rubbed the top of my foot - I think they stretched up there, too, conforming to my foot better. I wore those to WDW every day for my January trip with no problems at all, but I did have socks on then, which I think kicks the Crocs comfort level up a notch.

This August I'm going to try again with my new Caymans, which have been dryer stretched (I didn't know that trick before I wore my first pair in October).

Just in case you don't know what I'm talking about when I say "dryer stretched", I put my new Crocs in the dryer on low heat for 3-5 minutes, then wear them around the house with socks as soon as they come out and are still warm. They really mold to your feet and get more comfortable that way.

My DD 14 has the payless ones and says they are great, but she says the walmart ones are terrible. My DS 7 has the payless and he likes them.

Thats interesting about the toe stretching - maybe I will try a pair.

Ok dumb question.....What are Uggs? I must be way out of it about shoes cause this I'm lost :confused3

Oh, wonderful crocs... during our trip this past January, we spent plenty of time making fun of all of the people wearing the awful "gardening clogs" that obviously didnt fit them properly. During the same trip, I had horrible foot pain due to my very large and very tight orthodics. While in DTD, we found a store that sold knockoff bandaid-colored crocs, I tried them on as a joke, and I have never looked back. They're so ugly and so comfortable!!!

To answer the question, my feet touch the top of my shoe, none of the sides, and it's fine- it's totally Rock N'Roller Coaster and Space Mountain approved!

I have the Payless Airwalk ones and love them, but the footbed has lost most of its squish. Maybe that's just because I wear them every single day... next time I'm going to get "real" crocs and see if they hold up better. If not, back to Payless!

I was originally SO anti-crocs. My fiancee bought a desperation pair at WDW last January (I think she's writing about it now on this very thread!). I made fun of her, but then I spent the next month whining about how I needed "comfy shoes" - i didn't know what they were called!

Well I love my Uggs in winter. I have the shoes and small boots. Their kind of ugly too but comfy. Actually I'm not from TN but NJ, moved to TN in July. Still a Jersey Girl. Crocs to me they look a little sloppy. I have 2 pairs but I feel like such a slob in them. They are comfortable though. To the Op They run a little big.

Uggs is a company from Australia that makes very comfy boots and shoes with the lambswool lining in them. They are real comfy and your ffet actually don't sweat in them at all. Alot of celebrities wore these a few years back. They are around $100 a pair.
