In the past I received the MB about two weeks prior to arrival. This time they didn't arrive during that window so I called Disney customer service. It turned out there was an computer error which put the MB on automatic hold. After talking with a very helpful CM my MB got unlocked and will be waiting for me at check-in. It pays to call Disney direct when something just doesn't seem right.
