They do not have boosters if I am recalling correctly. They have convertible car seats. If your child will fit in the convertible car seat, there are a limited number of Ubers that have them. But at least in Orlando, Uber has not enrolled new drivers in the program in a number of years.
That's what I did the one time had to make that choice. I had a then 4 year old, we took a Lyft from POP to Ohana, then went to MK, I carried the Bubble Bum in the backpack the whole day. Most kids that are the size for only a booster seat, are above the age requirement in Florida. Kids 6 and above don't actually need a booster under Florida law. Only those five and under.
I had a mi-fold for my older one, but I still had one kiddo in a 5 point, so we just did minnie-vans everywhere if we absolutely needed to get from point to point and weren't able to take a bus or skyliner or monorail.
