Every situation is unique. People like to say that leopards don't change their spots, but I've seen it happen all the time.

So...I guess I have the answer to my question, my gut feeling was that no, people don't change the way they are, nor will certain people ever. I had that confirmed for me today.

In case anyone was wondering, I wasn't in any way referring to cheating leopards

Certain people are controlling and manipulative and I think it's hard to have a relationship with them as things will never change that.

I believe that any leopard can choose to change his/her spots if and when said leopard realizes that their current existence, spotted the way it is, is somehow making their lives unsatisfactory.
