Taking a 10 month old to MK for about 5 hours/day (morning). Normally, nap time would be around 9am. Do they really sleep through all the noise and commotion? Or do they just get tired/cranky/cry? Generally a very cheerful baby. Interested what your experiences are.
DD has slept in her stroller at Disney at 8 months old, 15 months old and 3 years old...but she's always been a good stroller napper wherever we are. I believe that has a lot to do with it. I feel bad when I read posts of parents say that they have to keep the room dark and quiet for their kids to sleep. For both our DDs, we always had music or nature noise playing whenever we put them down for naps as well as at night and did not make the room dark.Mine did. Of course we never tried to keep the house completely quiet and dark when the kids were sleeping at home, so they were used to sleeping with noise around them. My Mom told me to not stop living our life while baby napped, or we'd be tiptoeing around the house for the rest of our lives, and I think that was good advice.
