Do I need to pick up "hard" tickets?

My sister bought park-hoppers online, and I bought an annual pass through DVC. All are linked to our MB's on MDE. Any reason we need to go get the actual hard tickets at guest services rather than just using our MB's for the trip ?

If it's linked to your Magic Band then you are all set. The Band can be used in place of any hard ticket, as long as the tickets are linked to your MDE account.

No need to pick up hard tickets! Just tap your MB at the park entrance and you are good to go!

For the MYW Tickets, no.
For the Annual Pass, you still need to stop at either a park ticket window or guest relations location to activate it.

DVC annual passes have to be activated at guest services before they are valid. They need to see your DVC member card and ID to make sure you are actually DVC members and eligible for the discounted passes

This is how it worked for us in June.
