Do I need PS for Kona lunch?

I am not sure exactly what time we will be getting at the Polynesian ---probably around noon. I wanted to eat at Kona for lunch before we go to Epcot---will I need a PS?

Unless you are going on a busy holiday. You will not need a PS.
