I've seen a couple packing lists for WDW online and they both include bug repellent. We are leavin on Sun  . I have never been to Fl, but I know that here in CA while you might want bug spray in the summer and spring, in the cooler months you don't usually need it. I am freaking out about packing, it seemed like the time was going so slow and now it's here all of a sudden and I have myself and 2 kids to pack for.

Dawn :sunny:

The only time we could have used bug repellant was during EMH hours near KRR at AK in May. Lots of mosquitoes!!! I've never encountered an annoying bug at any other time or place at WDW.

We've never used bug spray in WDW. May, October, August, no bugs have bugged us!

I have never seen bugs on my trips :goodvibes

It really depends on the humidity for the need for bug spray. We have had a very mild winter this year; not too many cool days. With that, however, not much rain, either. So our humidity has been low, as even the warmer days are fairly dry.

I have not had too many mosquitoes this Dec-Jan, and I really can't see that changing the rest of the month based on the forecasts I have seen. But I would pack it just in the event you may need it. Or wait until you arrive and grab a can at Wal-Mart.

Hope this helps a little. . . :goodvibes
