We are going to WDW from 7/5-7/13. We plan to eat a light breakfast in the room every day and will eat a late breakfast or early lunch as our main meal most days before going back to the hotel to relax.

7/5 - Cindy's Breakfast 10:20 am

7/6 - Rainforest Cafe 4:45 pm (our main meal is dinner today)

7/7 - Breakfastasaurus 10 am
Hollywood and Vine buffet dinner (for fantasmic)

7/8 - 50's Prime Time Cafe 11:30 am

7/9 - Le Cellier 11:30 am

7/11 - Whispering Canyon - late lunch before going to MK.

That's seven days and seven sit down meals. Too much?

Heck no!!! We normally do at least one sit down (most times two) every day of the trip. It's good to sit down and get a break!!! We usually do early breakfast and then a late lunch/early dinner. Works well for us!!!

nope. :teeth:

We'll be there at the same time!

We arrive on the 3rd! Not too long now!

Have fun!

karen-we arrive on the 3rd also.

We are doing two days at Sea World before we start Disney. We're dining with Shamu on July 4th so make that 8 sit down restaurants. :D

DF and I are doing the same thing (making one PS reservation per day) and I think it will be a great treat to have one nice, sit-down dinner each day. And why not? We'll probably be having a quickie breakfast in either our room or the resort food court each morning, and with our commando park planning, lunch will probably just be a soft pretzel or a Mickey ice cream treat as we book it to our next destination. :D One sit down meal each day will definitely be a blessing! You hear over and over again that resting during the day is essential for enjoying your WDW vacation, but if you have a lot you want to see and only a few days to do it in, sometimes the only "rest" you can work into your schedule is at mealtime. So why not rest and relax and enjoy some fantastic WDW cuisine at the same time? Sounds good to me! :D

For us one sit-down meal a day is plenty. We're not big breakfast eaters so lunch in one of the parks would be our sit-down meal, then back to the resort for some rest and dinner before heading out to another park in the evening.

Hi there...too many sit downs? not at all - your PS's look great.

Congrats on getting cinderella's breakfast!

Have a great trip

You've pick some winners!

Remember - if you don't feel like going to one of your PS's, just cancel it! No harm done!

Your plans look great to me.

During our first trip DS and I only did one sit down meal. Ohana's breakfast on our last day, I really would have liked to do more.

Our next trip is for 5 days and I have 7 sit down meals planned; 3 breakfast, 1 lunch, 2 dinners.

We have at least one sit-down planned per day, and on some days we have two!!! My logic is....we eat a late breakfast, around 10ish. That serves as lunch also. We try to make them for that parks EE, so that by then we can take a breather. Then, we make a 4:30-5:00 ps for dinner. That way, we can go back to the Polynesian for a mid-day break and eat when we get back to that park. We can cool-off, rest our tootsies, and feed our tummies!! If we change our minds, we just cancel them.

I certainly don't think you have too many PSs, but then this is coming from a woman who insists on making lunch AND dinner PSs for a day at Epcot during the Food & Wine Festival! *groan* I swear, I think I gained about 5 pounds that day! :)

Anyway, like Harambe said, if you don't feel like going on a particular day, just cancel - no big.

Not at all! We normally do a sit down dinner every night. We also do a sit down lunch most days, unless we have a sit-down breakfast...then we find we're still too full for lunch.

I hate eating on the run, and like that having PS's for sit down meals forces you to relax a little, especially at lunch time.

It looks fine!!! One sit-down a day is good. We usually do our room or food court for breakfast, counter service for lunch adn sit-down dinner. We have done a few character breakfasts, but aren't hungry again until around 2pm. Those days we will do a counter service lunch and dinner.
One trip we did sit-down breakfasts and dinners every day. UGHHH! This was too much for us.
We usually do a sit-down dinner, but lunch has worked well also.

I think you have a great plan. We usually eat one sit down meal each day we are there. Have a great trip.
