Do featured movies count for DMC members commitment?

Im wondering if the featured titles DMC sends you count toward your 5 movie commitment?

So to piggy back this question with one of my own, I see the Rogue One has a $5 discount. My account is set at Blu-ray so it is the $29.95 requirement, and the discount puts it under that. So is this particular featured title not going to count for me??

It will count. I did that with Pinocchio. And will do it with Bambi too.
