Do families dress up for Frozen night?

We've done a Dream cruise, and we all did various levels of dress for pirate night (there are 14 of us in the extended family). Although I was rolling my eyes a bit packing, I have to admit it was pretty fun and the photos are a great memory. Now we're headed to Alaska. So... Frozen night. Since I have a 13-year-old boy, kinda hard to imagine dressing up for this one, but thought I'd ask. Do many families get in the spirit? Any fun ideas for teenage boys? Thanks!

Reindeer antlers?

For our upcoming Norway/Iceland, I have an all blue outfit and my son has an Olaf tee shirt. So we'll be theme-y, but subtle. All stuff we can wear again.

I wouldn't bother with dressing up for Frozen night(s), especially for a 13 yr old boy. The Frozen Deck party is held outside around 7:45PM and it can be cold. On our Alaskan cruise last August most people were wearing jackets, so you wouldn't be able to see any outfits then anyway. Last year they did give out glowing snowflake necklaces (it was on our bed after the stateroom host came through it that morning.), so you could wear those! I have 2 girls who already have things to wear, so DD12 wore her Elsa dress and DD16 wore her 'punk' Elsa shirt she got at the beach the previous month.
