Do Disney Quest Tickets Expire?

Everyone in my group is buying passes that includes 1 DQ admission. I have an AP. The prepurchase on DQ is $10 off.

If I preorder and we end up not going is this good forever like a hopper?

I believe they are good forever -- at least that's what I've read. Unless these are some kind of "special" tickets that expire (very unlikely).

Disney Quest itself may not last forever. There have been rumors that it will be closed. I don't think it's likely to close in the next year or two, but if it did close your ticket may be worthless.

Assuming you have definite plans to go to Disney Quest, go ahead and buy. The $10 savings FAR outweigh the chance that all three of the following happen:
-- You don't go to DQ this year
-- DQ closes before you can go again
-- WDW gives no consideration for your unused ticket

Incidentally you can get discounted DQ tickets from ticketmania.com at any time ($24/$20 incl tax and shipping) so it is not absolutely essential to buy DQ tickets right away.

It will never be worthless as long as Disney is still in the theme park business. You can still apply an old unused or partially used River Country or Discovery Island ticket towards any other ticket today. Same would hold true for DQ tickets.

Good point! Of course if I had an unused River Country or Discovery Island ticket, I wouldn't part with it for anything. I miss both of them!
