Do DISers still wear lime green mickey heads?

I had no idea! Green is my favourite color, I will try to come up with something for our Nov. trip.

I found a rather large paint chip in lime green at Home depot. Yes, I did take it so that I could make a mickey head out of something a little stiffer than regular paper. It's not exactly lime green but it's close. I plan on putting it in a small clear ID badge holder and attaching it to my backpack or my lanyard (if I wear it). I'm going during Jersey week so I'm likely to see fellow Jersey DISers, right???? I promise I won't be nasty if you say hello! You may get a weird look from my hubby and my daughter, but I will be nice!

I have some lime green card stock paper that I cut a mickey head out of and will get laminated and pin to my purse.

Count me in! I've already got some craft supplies left over from a project I just did. I'm about to make my lime-green mickey head key chain for my August trip... now

I have a lime green Mickey head that I made with my Cricket and have attached to my camera bag. The only time it was recognized was by a Photopass photographer. We had a great time with her and many wonderful pictures. I will have it in December so if you see me, say hello!

I wear mine whenever we are in the parks...either on my camera strap or on my bag.
We were at WDW last week and didn't see any LGMH's but did have a few people on the bus rides to the park notice and say they were Dis'ers also.

Don't get too excited about the possibility of seeing other DISers. In the more than 25 trips since I first read about lime green Mickey heads and thus wearing them, I don't think I've ever seen 10 of them total. On many trips, I haven't seen one.

I had one on our backpack with my username on it a few years back, and didn't get a single comment.

Of course, maybe that's because I had my username on it, and DISers were thinking, "oh god, not him."

However, I would think that there would be people who have read my Trip Reports that would steer clear of me because of them!

I'd forgotten about the LGMHs. Had one from HD on my park bag on our trip in 2011 I think it was... didn't see any other ones while we were there. I'll have to make a new one for our mid December trip. It seems to be a popular time for DISers to visit if the activity on the planning boards is anything to go by.
