Do dining reservations and FP+ remain if you change your resort reservation?

Our 180 day mark is coming up next month. We know we want to stay at WL but we would like to eventually use a room discount, when they are released. Our plan is to book a stay for our dates Sept 14-28 at full rate and book dining in March.

When, or if, the room discount comes up, can we switch it to apply our room discount and retain our dining?

Also, if there comes a point later on where we need to tweak the dates, or even location, of the reservation we have (we might have to move it back a few nights because I might go to DLR that weekend) do both the dining and FP+ stay intact too?

I just don't really want to plan for these if they're just going to go away if the reservation changes. Thanks.

Yes to dining. We have done this and had no trouble with dining reservation. Not sure about FP+.

ADRs are not affected by resort changes. FPs are not affected by resort MODIFICATIONS (changing dates or resorts, but keeping the same reservation number). But if you cancel your existing reservation and then make a new one, you will lose your FPs.

If you purchased your tickets separately and they are not part of a resort-ticket package, you will not lose your FPs. They'll remain in your MDE account.

Canceling a resort-ticket package, will cause you to lose your FPs.
