Do different resorts cost different per point?

I just bought into a small contract at OKW and thinking not too long from now I will at just 50 points. I know at SSR its $98 per point with no discount. Is it the same price at all resorts? Specifically, what would the price per point be for OKW? I would like SSR for the longer contract, but would not mind just adding to OKW if it cost less.

The add on price for owners is NOT $98/point. I believe it is $89, but not absolutely sure of that. You can add on at any resort that has availability, and the points will cost the same. I would add-on ot SSR if the extra time makes sense for you. Sinbce I am already 58 years old, the extra years mean little to me, but if you are in your 20's or 30's it might mean a lot to you.

Actually, add-ons went up to $92 per point in July. There is a minimum of 25 pts if you are paying cash, and a minimum of 50 if you are financing.

They ALWAYS have OKW points, so when you want them....just give your guide a call.

Also right now there is a special deal for exisiting members. 83.30 a point at SSR for add-ons with a minimum 120 point add on.

I bought 240 points into OKW last month at $74/point thru a resale.

They ALWAYS have OKW points, so when you want them....just give your guide a call.

This may have been true at times, but I can tell you that we were on the wait list for well over one year for a small add on at OKW and got it about 15 months ago. Yes, they have been more available recently, but depending on your use year there may or may not be a wait depending on the degree of ROFR activity and the degree of demand for your use year.
