Two of my friends have used it and give it rave reviews. I have researched it and all reviews at Makeup Alley, Amazon, etc. so far have been positive reviews. I think I am going to buy a bottle tonight. I am just curious if any of you DISers use it. If so, please give me your feedback.
FWIW, I seriously considered getting a Brazilian Blowout/Keratin treatment, but was concerned about health risks. So I never got one. I have naturally curly hair. I dread summer months and humidity because there is no point in even trying to style my hair. Curls, waves, frizz....I battle all of these. So if this product will help, I am willing to try it.

It is not just available on Amazon right? I saw it somewhere and if you read the make up clique thread you know that I too have been battling frizz. I am going to Ulta to day hopefully they have it. I would put animal dung on my hair if I found out that it would control the frizz! Do you know if you friends use the whole system OR just the spray?

Unfortunately, Ulta apparently doesn't carry it. Believe me, I checked....Ulta is where I buy all of my hair products. Now, let me clarify, I did not check in Ulta. I checked the brand's web site.
Here is their salon/store locator:

There is a Beauty Brands store about 15 miles from me, and they carry it according to the web site. I am checking there tonight.

My friends do not use the whole system, just the spray. They said it makes a difference. To be honest, though, neither of them have hair as curly as mine. I don't know if it will matter, but I am like you; I will try anything.

I was in a store with my husband and he pointed it out to me but the only store I can think of is Walmart . I did not stop and look at it but I definately recognize the bottle.

Okay it seems to be sold in hair chains and I wonder if that would be the chains in Walmart. Usually I turn my nose up at this stuff but again I would use anything.

I've used it and love it!!! I purchased it at the Haircuttery. It does move quickly off of the shelf but they do sell it. :)

I use it, but I have straight hair. I really only think of it like a leave-in conditioner. It makes my hair feel softer and makes it easier to comb after the shower. I have really thick hair, I don't really know about the frizz, I mean my hair does frizz too, and I think it has helped, but can't really be sure. I mean, I am not much of an outdoor person in the summer unless I am at the beach or the pool and then my hair is up in a ponytail. I would say try it, if nothing else, your hair will feel silkier. Oh, and I too got mine at hair cuttery! Good luck!

Yes, the salon in our Walmart is listed on the web site locator.

YES! I am going there today. I will admit I am not expecting much but I am going to give it a try.

Thanks

Me too

I have tried so many things. Nothing has made a huge impact yet. I am willing to add this to the list of things that I try.
I am planning to pick up a bottle tonight.

I've tried the regular spray and liked it.

I don't have the curly hair/frizz problem some of you seem to have but I saw this in my local CVS and think it might be for the frizz problem:

http://www.organixhair.com/product/30-day-smoothing-treatment

I don't know if this would carry the same health risks as the treatment you mentioned in your OP. What are those health risks anyway?

I've also used the Coppola Keratin Complex Infusion product (it's pink)

http://www.amazon.com/COPPOLA-Coppola-KERATIN-INFUSION-REPLENISHER/dp/B0051ANS8K

It's kind of pricey but I found it rather smoothing.

ETA: Bingo! Apparently the issue with the salon treatments is the formaldehyde. The Organix product is formaldehyde free. If I had a frizz problem, this would be the next product I tried.

Thank you.
Yes, the formaldehyde is a big concern. I also read numerous reports about people having severe hair loss after the salon treatment. I know that does not happen with everyone. However, I just found the risks not worth it.
I will have to read more about the Organix. Thank you, again.

The ULTA in Chicago and Orlando both have it, I'm 100% positive.

I've bought it, helps with rough tangles. I have long thick hair, but I use apple cider vinager in lieu of conditioner and that keeps my hair soft and scalp clean. I only spray it in when my hair feels particularly dry or knotted.

Didn't change my life :confused3

I have never heard of that---do you use it after you shampoo and just rinse with this or what?

I use it and I have thick curly hair. It's not life changing as another said, but it's a good detangler, makes me hair shinier and if it frizzes up when dry a few sprays makes it curly again. I get it at the salon and it is $20 for a small spray bottle but it's worth it. Better than Jonathon, Frizz, Perfect Keratin or whatever Sephora sells that's $95 for the starter pack, I've tried them all.

I've used the Organix product on my DD's hair and it really works nicely - it's my younger DD and her hair is more wavy and little frizzy, while my elder DD has very curly hair and she gets the Coppola Keratin treatment. The Organix really calms down the frizz and makes her hair shiny and soft. I use the Organix Shampoo & Conditioner on my Coppolla Keratin hair and absolutely love them - they are sulfate & sodium free, I don't think it has formaldeyde, need to go check!

Bought my first bottle at Costco back in the Spring, but haven't been able to find it there since. I bought my second bottle at Ulta, about a month ago. I love how it makes my hair feel and as others said, it is a GREAT detangler. I have only tried the original version. I still have to use a flat iron after I blow dry to completely straighten my thick, wavy hair.

I used it until I started getting Keratin treatments. It helped some but it's nothing like the Keratin treatments.

Well, I went to Beauty Brands last night to try to buy it. They only had the original, not the one plus keratin. She said that they do not carry that one. So now I have to go to another place. I just checked the salon/store locator on the web site again. The Super Cuts about 25 minutes from me is listed. I will call them before I make the drive to verify that they have it. I am tempted to call my Ulta store and ask if they have it. They are not listed on the It's A 10 web site, but since some of your Ulta stores have it, I think I should at least call.
