Do antibiotics slow Atkins weight loss?

My doctor just gave me antibiotics for a bacterial infection. I just want to know if I can expect this to slow my weight loss. No question that I need the antibiotics, just wondering. I read Dr. Atkins' book, and he mentions a lot of prescriptions that may interfere, but he doesn't mention antibiotics. So, no problem or what?

I hope it doesn't slow your loss but I imagine that it could. Don't know for sure, though

Antibiotics shouldn't cause any problems with your weight loss.
