Do all the All Stars and Pops have elevators?

Pop buildings have 4 floors - there is an elevator in each of them. I cannot speak as to the All-Star resorts as I have never stayed there but would assume they do.

Yes the All Stars have elevators.

at Pop the elevators are where the big Icons are - in the middle of the building.

at All star they are also in the middle of the building - but generally not near the icons.
