Do all parties need to be present at kiosk to obtain 4th FP? For instance, can I go get it for everyone listed under my friends and fam while they all get lunch?

That person getting the entire party's FP+ reservations at the kiosk can be called the "FastPass Runner," like in the good old days of FP collection.

I will offer a caution. We had the experience the first week of June in which the kiosks would sometimes not recognize all members of our party as being linked together if we had been riding separately earlier in the day. In those cases the person/people who had become "unlinked" had to be present to book their own FPs.

If you all stay together and ride everything as a group, this shouldn't be an issue, but if you split up, just keep in mind that you may have issues booking the 4th FP for everyone.

Also, if there are children that are managed by a single account, then that person needs to go / that person's MB need to be used.

My experience a few weeks ago - 3 of us all staying in one room at Disney Resort. It would let guest 2 or 3 get it for each other but would not let them get it for guest 1 - the reservation name guest - who was not with them. Strange and hoped it was just a glitch. But it was a short trip and only day we tried for the extra passes.
