If I book a flight leaving MCO at 5:25 AM, what time would DME pick me up at my resort?

3 hours before, plus or minus 15 minutes.

You will be assigned a specific time. That is the time the bus is sceduled to leave. You will need to be at the platform, completely ready to go, 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

eeek! awful darn early, that's when!! Have you considered staying at the airport the night before? Depending on what you're paying for that last night on-site you might be further ahead to stay in the hotel that's actually IN the airport. You can call the ME people and ask to be picked up the night before and they will just set up a time for you!! I would rather sleep longer the day of my flight and not be groggy on my travel day

Probably around 2:30am!! If MK is open late, then fine..head there and be back at your resort no later than 1:30ish, in order to get any carryon bags out of storage (be sure to double check to make sure they are open at 2am!!). Then, be out at the bus stop about 15 mins before your appointed time.
If a park isn't open late that night, I would seriously consider staying at MCO that night...you can take a DME bus back there, stay the night and then head to the gate by 4. Much better than waking up around 1:30ish!
