Leaving in just 13 days and haven't gotten my DME tags.....should I be worried? At what point should I call Disney?

I just got mine last monday (1/23). Did you book thru a TA? If you did, they get the papers first & then have to mail them to you. Makes it a few days longer.

There is a DME number you can call to see if they have you registered. I was nervous, so I called them. They told me they had my info, confirmed that it was all correct, & said it was out to the printers, so I knew they would be coming eventually. The number for DME is: 1-866-599-0951

At least write down the names of two people you talk to when you call ME. (That means at least two calls)

THen you can feel free to bring that info together with your room reservation papers and just show up at the Magical Express welcoming area.

Note that unlike most transportation services ME has a station only on one side of the airport main terminal, the A side (lowest level).

We leave in 11 days and I ahve not gotten mine! I booked directly through WDW abd got my other info a week or so ago. Thanks to the poster below for the number, I will call today. Just can't wait

CALL! I had to take my confirmation # and pick up my bags as they didn't arrive until 2 weeks AFTER my trip.
So CALL if you want to tag your bags. Have your confirmation # ready.
