DME to Boardwalk recently

Has anyone taken the DME to the Boardwalk recently? What was the route taken? How long did it take? I am trying to gauge how much time I will have between arriving at BWI and our first night ADRs. I already have FP+ for Soarin before hitting LeCellier, but I wanted to see if I could squeeze in anything else.

Our rule of thumb is to allow 3 hours from the time the plane lands to the time we're walking through the turnstile at a park.

We've taken DME to the BWI multiple times and it takes 60-90 minutes from landing to arriving at the resort. We have never been the first stop. Check in and getting to the room is another 30 minutes, then a little time to get settled in and finally off to a park. Fortunately, Epcot is only a few minutes away, but I wouldn't schedule anything for less than 3 hours from landing.

I rode it last fall, it was CBR-YC-BC-BW. It was about 90 minutes from landing.

We took DME late at night in June and BW was the first stop, though they said that was not normal. Still took nearly 2 hrs after landing to get dropped off.

Took DME to BWVs in June. Arrived midday, BW was the first stop. That hasn't happened in all the times I've used DME to BW. It's best to figure on 90 mins....gate to resort. Another 30 mins for checkin.
I never plan anything within 3 hrs of arrival. FPs are okay...if I don't mind losing them. ADRs are a whole different story. Seldom make any for arrival day, in less I arrive before noon.

We land in Orlando at 7:05. We are taking DME to the BWV. If I use garden grocery for a 9pm delivery (latest possible), do you think we will ok? Do they actually deliver to the room or front desk? Since we will be checking in, I will not have a room number in advance.
