DME Ticket Question

Hi all,

Got my Mickey Mail a week or two ago and I have a question...

The ticket only had my name printed on it, there was no ticket for my DH although he's listed as being on the package. Do we just need one ticket for both of us to board DME or should I give Disney a call?

Within the DME info packet, there should be a travel voucher for each person listed on the resort reservation. There should also be a yellow luggage tag for each person.
If there is no voucher or luggage tag for your dh, I would call DME and make sure he is on the reservation. Otherwise, he won't be allowed on the bus. The phone number is in the info packet.

Definitely call them. They have messed up my DME paperwork for my last two trips. One time they dropped me off the DME paperwork even though I was the lead on the reservation. Another time they left one of the kids off. I called DME directly to get it fixed and was told that sometimes the DME system has trouble downloading the information correctly from the Disney reservation system.
