DME the day AFTER arrival?

We arrive @ 11:45pm. Staying in MCO Hyatt that night and hope to travel to SSR bright and early the next morning?

How would DME work? Should I get our bags that night and bring to hotel? Or should I let DME take them that night so they'll be there bright and early when we check-in?

So confused...has anyone done this before?

Also - what's the direct phone # for DME?
