Kind of a dumb question and really makes no difference but just a few weeks ago arriving to WDW we went a different way then I was use to. We also returned back to the airport by this route. Seems a bit quicker but not sure. Is this a permanent change or temporary and anyone know why. Like I said kind of dumb but just thought I would ask.

No idea about ME but having taken Uber many times, there doesn't seem to be a route we take twice. Still, it's always somewhere between 28 and 30 min so no difference in time to speak of.
Similar to me driving to work each day. I have 4 routes I can take but there is no difference in the time it takes between the 4.

I noticed in April going to Boardwalk, we exited on Osceola Parkway, near AOA rather than exiting near Disney Springs. We stayed at AoA last year, that area was all torn up, so I guess it is now complete.

We used a different route coming from MCO on our trip this month. We went by the convention center which I don't recall ever doing. Going back I think it was the old route. As far as being quicker I think it has more to do with traffic and the driver.
