Rented points for 1 night at OKW. I'm driving the kids down 8/9 and DH is flying late that evening. He has a reservation on DME. When we originally rented the points and made the DME reservations, he was flying in on SW, arriving at just after 9 pm. He changed his flight and is now getting in after 10. I will have his luggage, so he will not have any bags. Should I cancel the original reservation and make a new one, or just leave it. There is only an hour difference between arrival times.

Thanks for your input! :)

The best answer would come from DME. Just call them and ask about this, and they will probably just make a note about it and change his anticipated arrival time.

Thanks for the advice. I was really hoping to avoid having to contact the DVC owner we rented points from to make any DME changes. Can I contact DME directly, or do I have to go through the owner? Just curious. I will call DME today to see what the say.

I'm pretty sure you can contact DME yourself as long as you have the DVC reservation number.

Thanks! I agree...I don't think it really matters, since there is no luggage. I will call just to be safe!! :)

You really don't have to call as long as he is flying in on the same day of the reservation. He just has to show his DME voucher. People change flights all the time. Make sure you give him the DME voucher book so it can be scanned.

Thanks for reminding me about the voucher! We forgot our vouchers last May, but DME just pulled the reservation from the computer. Took a little extra time, but wasn't a major problem, thankfully! :)
