DME questions about early return flight and flight changes

We're using DME for our Oct trip.
When we booked our flight Disney asked for our flight numbers and times.
Should we called Disney if our flight numbers or times change?

Already our return flight was pushed back to departing at 8am. We're flying with UsAir. Does DME work all hours? I'm concerned about having to board the DME bus at 5am to get to the airport.

Since USAir is not a participating airline, after we get to the airport we have to check in on our own. We were planning to get our bags and then use like we did last time when we used Tiffany Towncar.

If your return flight leaves at 8 AM Magical Express will be there to pick you up at 5 AM. Often you can get your return reservation when at the airport ME welcoming area when you arrive. Keep ME up to date on your return flight time using their desk at the resort if needed.

Don't cut it any closer than 3 hours or what ME recommends or gives you for a return time, you could run into delays at the security line or at the check in counter, and 8 AM is a popular time for business travelers.
