we arrive by DME Now when its time to leave How do you get your luggage to the entrance for departure we have a 10:05 flight 3 hours earlier would be 7:am what steps to take to make sure luggage gets to the post prior to 7am

You will make all your arrangements the day before you depart for home. They will collect airline fees for your bags and schedule you a time for pickup by van at your cabin or trailer site, drive you up front to check in and wait for the DME bus. Its a very simple process.

My experience has been you must make arrangements with the Fort front desk to get that van pick-up at your site, its not automatic. You will get a DME notice on your last full day but there is somewhat of a disconnect at the Fort since walking your stuff to the front isn't really an option. I think that entire process should be seamless but it isn't yet.
