DME, large party, multiple flights

Hi everyone,
I apologize in advance if this question is asked once a week. We have a large group going later in the year. We will be taking 3 different flights that get into MCO at different times.

I just want to make sure that we can list these different flights on our DME reservation when I set it up.

That won't be a problem at all. Just give them the names and their flight information.

Make copies of the DME paperwork and the room reservation paperwork for each group.

My DH came in on a different day and it was no problem.

Here is what I do when we have folks coming in on different flights. I usually don't even bother with giving flight numbers with the reservation agent. I just tell them that I do want DME, but haven't reserved my flights yet.

When the DME package comes, I hand out the transportation vouchers, and luggage tags.

I then call DME directly, and order extra luggage tags if needed. I also give them the individual arrival flight numbers for each person and give them the return flight info for each individual return flight. I also instruct my guests to confirm with the DME desk when they arrive that their return flight is correct.

The resort reservation folks never seem to know how to input the different flight numbers. Therefore, so I don't confuse them, I just don't worry about flight numbers. The actual DME folks don't get your reservation until about 60 days out. So I just adjust everything with them. They are very good at getting the flight numbers correct.
