If Magical Express is in the A terminal, what happens if we arrive in B?? Do they pick up luggage from B also or would we have to pick up our own luggage and take it with us to A??

DME has arrangements with the specific airlines, so arrival terminal doesn't matter. Please, note, however, that A Terminal and B Terminal are actually two sides of the same building... they're really not two separate terminals.

Disney bound, DME will get your luggage for you even if you didn't receive the yellow tags.

As you get off the tram at the main terminal you are almost equidistant from teh A and B sides but you must move more to one side or the other to exit security. Then you almost cannot miss the big neon "A" and "B" on opposite side walls above eye level.

If you claim your luggage yourself on the B side you must come upstairs and cross over, there is no straight across lowest level corridor.
