DME and very LATE arrivals at MCO???

If I arrive very late (11pm) and choose to stay at hotel/Hyatt/mco what time the NEXT morning (my reservations date) does ME start?
Can we get on first bus over?
Will that be an issue since my flight arrived late night before??
We'd rather be rested and start fresh in the morning.
Does ME need a FLIGHT number/time assigned to it? What would I do?? Do I need to call them direct??

Pick a flight, any flight, any airline, arriving at about the time you will be downstairs at MCO (back at MCO if your hotel is not the Hyatt) ready to take DME to WDW. Furnish that information when making your Disney bound DME reservation for your resort check in day.

We did that in 2006. Stayed at MCO Hyatt and went to our resort the next morning with no problem. If you stay at the Hyatt they will move your bags for you using DME. You won't have to bring them with you and since the room probably won't be ready anyway it was a nice service for us.

I was going to suggest the same thing about giving them the flight information from the next day.

But in my experience, it might be better just to go straight to Disney. We almost always take the Friday night flight into MCO and get there about 11:30. Yes we have to pick up our own bags, but they are usually already on the carousel by the time we walk from the gate. We are usually pretty keyed up yet with the stress of travel so we just go straight to Disney. I would rather get all my headaches over with at once. There is usually not much of a wait for DME, no traffic, no lines at the resort, room is obviously ready, etc. We get all settled in and sleep in the next day (well, as much as our DS lets us) and then we are up and ready to go that first day. We have done this for the last 3 or 4 trips now and it is the best for our family. All our travel headaches are over with by the time we go to sleep and we can just focus on having fun!
