Can you use magical express if you have a room only ressie? We have 2 rooms booked for 5 people. One room has free dining for 4 people and the other room the person has a annual pass so we didn't get a MYW for them.

Yes you can, anyone who has a reservation at a Disney owned resort can use Magical Express.

Yup, did it last October and just set it up for our November trip. No problems.
