DME and Renting Points

Hi. I will be staying at VWL in about 3 weeks time and was contemplating using DME. I ran out of my own points so I rented from another member. How do I go about getting the luggage tags? Does the member have to call DME and request the reservation on my behalf? I have the confirmation letter showing my name on the ressie. Also what # do I actually call if I am able to make my own arrangements with DME?
