I went on the Disney website to look at My Disney Vacation to make sure everything was still in order. On the transportation section where I have DME, my airline is listed as "unknown" but my flight number and arrival/departure times are correct. We are flying Southwest, is this normal? Do we have anything to worry about? I don't want my luggage to get lost or something just because the airline is listed as "unknown". :coffee:

As far as I remember that was nothing on the luggage tag as to what airline you were using.
The luggage is pick off before it gets to the main baggage claim area and is delivered to the resort, based on (I assume the info on your tags).
For my trip last July, I changed airlines 2 weeks before my trip, too late to change my tags. My luggage got to my room just fine. When I checked in at the ME desk, they confirmed my information for my trip home and I had no problems.

My quess would be that since Southwest is not a participating airline there name is not in Disney's computer so anyone not flying in on a particapating airline is "unknown" for the record.

I have no idea why the Disney computer has "unknown" for the OP, but I'm very sure it has nothing to do with the airline not being a participating airline. For the arrival portion of DME, the airlines have NOTHING to do with the DME process. Passengers/guests have NO DIFFERENCE in their arrival experience regardless of what airline they fly.
