DLR to El Capitan Theater in Hollywood

Can anyone tell me how far of a drive this would be and how long it might take? We are thinking of going while we are visiting in July, but have no idea really of the trip we would be in for. Thanks in advance!

The El Capitan is about 35 miles north of Disneyland. It's freeway-driving almost the whole way -- but you'll be going right through Downtown L.A.

Depending on traffic and time-of-day, it could take you anywhere from 45-50 minutes to nearly 2 hours to get there.
