Cheryl, great pieces! Already thinking of how Im going to use them and sad that I'm not getting the sheilds!
I did "borrow" your color scheme for Hollywood. Wasnt sure which colors to use and when I saw your topper I said, ok blue it is. They should sort of match.

Question~ I am stumped on Luigi's. I just watched some Youtube tho and I have a couple of things in mind.
At first I didnt know why the colors were red/green/white. Duh!
I could try to make beach balls or I could make extra mats in those colors.
Unless anyone else has an idea.
Although this doesnt have anything to do with Luigi's and I am doing a Route 66 lyric card for RSR or general (also doing the gas pump) I could do another lyric of one of the songs Mater sings.
Since I am the 5th wheel I really would appreciate all/any input!

I think the beach balls sound cute too! Especially since I was planning on making red, green and white mats myself. Then again, extras wouldn't be so bad. So what I'm saying I guess is do what feels good to you.

Hi Everyone!
Today is the 15th and prototypes are supposed to be posted so although it takes me forever to do this, here we go!

I tried to really think outside the box and wanted to do some different things and to practice my cricut so there will always be the correct number but sometimes there may be something else thrown in , thasts just me and I hope you all dont mind. I didnt do that for every group just if and when you open your beaggies and theres 8 fireworks, no I didnt miscount.

Those are supposed to be the clouds from Soarin. They are inked and stickled. I did not like the blue so I went with just the star dust on the rest of them. Held together with a brad. I hope they dont look too much like space ships!
Tropical flowers for the Tiki Room. Inked and stickled.

Hollywood Backlot~ # papers and stickers. Tried to match Cheryls blues. Bottom layer is glitter paper.

This is Indy. The snakes are not attached so that you can place whereever. There are also little spiders on the sides.
Merida set~ tried to match color of her dress. I couldnt find a crown small enough for the bear but she reps Elinor and the boys. Also made corners for fun.

These corners are for the Little Mermaid. I was thinking of the walkway into the ride and how they have designs and shells in the pavement. I also thought that they could be used for Ariels Grotto. 3 papers, shells are inked, and I used the spray Glimmer Mist on them. They kind of curled up and so now I have them laying under 3 books!

Ok, again thinking out of the box. These are vines. I included 8 for everyone except for in my bag because my dog likes to eat baggies and she did it again! I have 6 in mine and will make more later! Ugh!
My inspiration was Brer Bear and the swinging rope area of Splash. I thought they would be different than anything Ive seen for Splash before. Bottom layer is inked and they are braded together.

Pirates and Fireworks~ I think they pretty much stand for themselves. Shout out to Michelle (AKJ) for the idea! on the fireworks copied from something she made for me in the partner swap. Thanks Michelle.
And I just have to say that I am happy with my goat for BTMRR!

And my last set for now is Main Street. I threw in some corners and yes I did mean for the stars to be tattered.

And the little red head is the culprit who ate my vines and my Little Mermaid Lyric card from the lyric swap. This is after they both got in trouble!

Amy, I am going to attempt to make the beach balls for Luigi's.
If any one knows of a cart with a beach ball or carts to combine, please let me know. I will be treating them like shapes so I will make 6 for everyone.

A2 Disneyland mats (balloons with glittery Mickey heads)
B7 Magical mats (fireworks with sparkly gold underneath and punched paper ribbon)

D7 HMH mats (bottom layer is sparkly and so are stockings/presents)
DD7 HMH PP; I was going for the ice angels in the graveyard. The body is shiny white with shiny blue chalk over top to make it look more like ice; horn is glittered and face is stickled

Rita according to my gypsy there is a beach ball on:

Or if you have a circle punch you could use that, punch the 3 colors of circles and then cut the red and green into the proper shape and glue on top of the white circle.

Okay my update for now is that I have only sketches at this point.... Family is in town and we have been running like crazy. The leave on Saturday so I am hoping to get started on these. I can post pictures of my terrible sketches if that's what you need to see.
