why dont they play this song at wdw?

It's a DLP song. If I'm not wrong, it was recorded by DLRP CMs

You're right that it was a song that was originally recorded for DLP, however it is now used at WDW as well - the character bus that goes round World Showcase lagoon at Epcot plays it.
