Concierge rooms and suites have DVD players.

I had a "premium view" room last month that had a DVD player. It wasn't standard in that I paid a bit more for the view out the window but it was a regular room in all other ways. I would call the hotel directly, I think this is something they began to add to rooms, starting with the concierge and suite rooms and are possibly working their way through all the rooms adding them. It was a nice thing to have I must say. And maybe all rooms do have them now.

As far as I know they do not. We have been known to bring our own and hook it up to the hotel room TV. since they are making them smaller and smaller...and cheaper and cheaper it's a big deal to just pack one in your suitcase. Just make sure you bring all the necessary cables

We just got back from a standard room at the DLH this week and did not have one in our room. We did however bring our own portable one for the plane and the room.
