Okay, I have 7 different Queue IDs right now. I know with ToD people gave others their unused IDs so others could take advantage of their spot in line. How should I do that? Do I just post it here and it's first come first served?

Yes! Please do not publicly share them on this thread. DM people with the code. Otherwise, you will have multiple people trying to use the same code and will run into issues.

Btw - it's a good idea to save that url somewhere, in case something breaks.

My suggestion for codes:

When you have one to use, post, "I have a code, who wants it," and first replier gets it. Then, you DM it to them. No random solicitations, no public codes posted that could be used by anybody and screw someone over...

Disney is using a system called Queue It. Everyone receives a unique Queue ID number (during ToD, several of us were having to tell people to stop sharing full screenshots that included their Queue IDs). This ID can be shared (it's easiest if someone copy and pastes the actual URL, but there is a standard URL that will get shared in thread soon once we have it that the Queue ID can be added to.

You can share this and the person will get that place in line.

Once my time got around 30 minutes, I DM'd my code to people who posted that they still had over an hour wait.

ETA: You can also post something like, "I have a code that has XY minutes left before you get in. First person to DM me gets it."

There is a link near the very bottom that says "Queue ID", you can use that link to rejoin the queue (even from a different browser or device)
