DL tickets and reservations - April 15!

While I'm waiting I visited the 3rd party website I sometimes buy tickets from and you can see they'll be releasing tickets promptly at 8:00 with email conformations sent right away (so they say). Anyone think this could be faster/better than buying a ticket directly through the website? From what I understand buying a ticket and getting a reservation will not be tied together in the queue, you'll do them separately.

It looks like tickets and park reservations are using the same queue, so it doesn't seem like it'd be any faster.

I have my laptop and both of my kid's laptops, my phone, my daughter's phone, and my iPad. I have hotel reservations open on one laptop, tickets on everything else and will open one more hotel reservation queue in a minute.

This is madness!!!!!

I have admittedly never bought a third-party ticket in my life, but my uneducated concern would be getting that ticket linked to your Disney account to make yourself eligible for reservations. I am not sure how fast that would go.

The linking process through the app seems simple, as long as the third party site comes through with emailing the ticket right away. But, it appears that that website has crashed.

Just confirming: we don't need to refresh anything, correct? It will do things automatically? i.e join the actual queue once opened then take us to tickets when our turn?

So, I have two laptops and my phone going. On all three of my devices, Safari has a "hotel" queue and a "ticket" queue running. On one laptop, Chrome has the same. On the other laptop, Chrome has a "hotel" queue, but when I go to the ticket page, I never get the link to buy tickets.

Same thing happened to my husband on his phone on Safari, so he used the app to send him to the website, and then that worked.

Super weird and glitchy... who's suprised?

That happened to me, too. I had to use the app. Then I accidentally deleted the queue page, went back to the app and it redirected me to the ticket page with no queue or link to get to the queue.

correct! Actually make sure you don’t refresh the page

Yes. No need to refresh. You will be added to the queue automatically.

I had to clear my cookies/history to get the queue to appear on safari...just in case that helps anyone else! Good luck all.
