What is your plan for when the park doesn't open early and you are there at rope drop? What time do they starting letting you in the park to line up down main street?

They typically let you in 15 minutes before park opening (IIRC). We either hit Fantasyland or Adventureland for rope drop.

I don't think it's official, but we've always been let in 30 min prior to official opening. At DCA though we've experienced a few 15 min prior entrances.

No. Only Main Street is actually open. The lands will be roped off and entrance to them not allowed until actual opening time.
