DL over St Paddy's Day

Does DL do anything special/different over St Paddy's Day? This is the first time in my life I'm not at my mom's eating corned beef and cabbage (and I'm 37!!) and I'd love to do something special at DL. It's also the first time we're taking the kids, and my second trip ever (first was in "83-OMG I'm old).

I haven't heard anything Maybe restaurants in the area will have some corned beef specials?

We were there last year over St. Patricks and all that I remember is that there was tons of green merchandise/toys/hats for sale. That's all that I remember.

No, I haven't received any pm's or responses....darn! Hoping there is something fun going on. Mom took pity on us and is doing our St P's day celebration over Easter this year So I guess I'll celebrate either way!

Going to have to get some of those green mickey ears, tho!

This weekend I saw 2 adult style and 1 kid style St. Pat's tshirts. They also had green Mickey ears with a little leprechaun hat on it. Very cute.

I will be there Friday all day, and Saturday evening, with my daughter's high school choir! There is a choir contest with the awards and dance party at DL Saturday night.

I am so excited, we didn't go at Christmas this year after my kids lost their trip because they broke all the rule. They were jumping off the shed roof onto the trampoline with friends when DH and I were not home! So, we took away the one thing they really wanted to and now I get to go with the DD that was not home either.
