Well . .I have been to DL 3 times. But everytime was during the summer.
This is my last Disney trip because my parents think I'm getting to old!(to old for Disney-Yeaa right I'll be to old when I'm dead! : ])
And since it is my last trip I want it to be the most magical.
BUT-the rain.
If it does rain how can we stay dry and have fun??????:confused3

Also we will be staying at the Disneyland Hotel. . Any comments on that?
And lastly we will be in DL on my mom's birthday does anyone have any creative ideas or just little ideas to make it more magical.?

Regarding the weather: it doesn't rain too often in April. It might, but there isn't anything you can do about it, so don't stress about that.

If it does rain, get an umbrella and a poncho, enjoy the lower crowds, and expect to get wet. It's still better than anywhere else in the rain! :goodvibes

Very true.

Most rides (more so at DL, not DCA) are indoors or have covered queue lines. One trick to stay dry while walking up or down Main Street is to weave through the shops; most are connected. This also works if you want to enter/exit DL during a parade.

Well, it's likely not your last trip. Just maybe your last trip on your parents' dime. :)

If it rains buy a poncho. Then do what'cha want! Especially if your parents go back to the room, assuming you're old enough to roam the parks alone (but I don't know the age requirements for a Dis account!), that can be fun too.

Grizzly in the rain is fun. Screamin' in the rain, though, has been described as being like having needles thrown in your face. Youch!

I'm sure it probably won't be my last. HAHA
I'm addicted.
Many people have given me the poncho idea,I might try it.
And I'm sure even with the pain of needles it would be fun. :]

For her birthday get her a pin or hat that says "NEVER too old for Disney!" ;)

Thats a GREAT idea.
Thank you so much.
I think me,dad, and brother may take her to dinner at the Blue Bayou.(I have NO idea how to spell that.Haha.)

Go to City Hall on her birthday and get her the birthday pin, and make sure she wears it! Cool stuff has been known to happen!

You spelled Blue Bayou perfect. :) Get the birthday button at City Hall and ask if she can get a birthday call. It will be Goofy wishing her a Happy Birthday! :)
You can also get birthday hats in the park, we have one that is a big cake and the candles on top light up. :)
Have fun!!
