DL day after Halloween before Xmas official start ?

I am planning to go in Nov.1st for one week and wondering if Monsters After Dark, Halloween screams fireworks will still happen a couple days after Halloween which falls on a Tuesday? The official start of Xmas the last couple of years started later on Veterans Day weekend which is Nov.10th this year. Or do they start with Xmas fireworks early? Or do you think they will have the 100 years version?

Halloween is generally the hard cutoff for Halloween items/events. There are Día de los Muertos items for Nov 1 but usually meet and greets concentrated in certain areas. They don’t start holiday fireworks early, but a good amount of holiday decorations will be up by then.

Fireworks are usually weekends only at that time with projections during the week and will likely be the Disney100 version or Mickey’s Mix Magic.

That is what I thought. I really am hoping the official Xmas season starts earlier, since it falls later in November this year. It was so magical on our first visit to DL in 2017 after Thanksgiving! Thank you for your prompt response!

Do you know if Fantasmic and WOC would typically run during the week that week or would they be weekend only as well? And does Friday count as the weekend? We are looking at this week also and want to see as many of the shows as possible.

WOC runs nightly even during the week unless there is a lot of wind (it truly takes very very high winds to cancel). Friday, Saturday, Sunday counts as weekends and Fantasmic is usually only weekends at that time as well.
