DL 60th Anniversary - quick question

Read thru the announcements from a few weeks back, but the one thing that I didn't notice (or maybe I'm just having a brain cramp) is when the festivities are supposed to start. Did they announce whether it is a July start date, or is it more of a 2015 celebration?

I remember hearing that is in the Spring Time with no exact date, but not sure if all the special shows and attractions will be operating when it starts.
