I don't think you HAVE to confirm, but I did for peace of mind. The week before I emailed them to confirm & then the morning of I texted the driver to make sure he had my cell # (and make sure he was watching our arrival time since our flight was slightly delayed).

Thanks for the advice. I think I would do the same just for the peace of mind too. They are giving me 2 Driver contact No : 213-291-9635- or 213-400-6595 (24/7). I wonder if they are reaching the same person?

We used them in December and they had just changed the name of their company. Our service was so fantastic that my DH tipped $40 each way from SNA to GC and back. We knew tip was included when we booked but we had used two other car services with horrible experiences. This trip it was flawless. I did send an email the day before we were to arrive to let him know to watch our flights. Weather was bad and DFW was iced in. I also sent an email the day before we flew out to remind him to pick us up. He thanked me and said he would be there. I think it was more for my peace of mind.

We will use them again for our next trip in April.

TexasJule, we are flying out of DFW too. It's going to be my boys' first Disney trip, and I read too many horrible reviews on the Disneyland Resort Express. We do need booster seats, so this service seems to be the best choice.

We used these guys on our trip in November they were fab straight out of LAX into the car and straight to our hotel loved it especially after a long flight from Australia. On the return trip was concerned the car they brought was too small but some how managed to fit 5 ppl including a 1yr old and in total 10 bags

Roundtrip from SNA is $155; one-way is $80. Probably double the cost of a cab, but you have a nice clean private car plus the 20 minute grocery stop (which yes you can have a cab do...but it was $40 for a cab from the DLH to Von's roundtrip back in 2010)

According to their website http://www.golansky.com/services.html, one way SNA to Disneyland is $80 and round trip is $155.

Maybe it's cheaper to catch a cab from SNA as I read a post on this forum that says $40?
