Try www.1stfororlando.com - we used them last time. They are a management company with an office in the UK which is good if you are a bit nervous about booking with owners direct. Very helpful - but they didn't have what we needed this time.

We've just booked direct with owner from www.frvbo.com

Alternatively use a search engine. Just type in "florida villas", or the name of the community you want to stay in e.g. "formosa gardens" and you'll have plenty of websites to look at.

We've booked with Florida five star vacation homes - www.lookatthehome.com - We haven't stayed there yet but the prices were excellent and the staff very helpful. We're staying at Indian Ridge, in a four bed villa, with it's own pool and jacuzzi for just over $2,000 for three weeks - inc pool heating. with the current exchange rate, that's only just over £1,200 pounds all inclusive (tax etc).
