DIY Channel Cake Show!

I'm home this afternoon and saw "Cake Baking & Decorating" on the show list. They were doing wedding cakes and it was at Disney!!! You might check their website and see if it is going to be on again, they talked about plating, how to select decorating (buttercream vs. fondant) from the perspective of making one yourself, but would also be a great place to get ideas!
