I don't know if there is a published diagram but essentially seating is in a horseshoe shape with 7 seating sections around an oval arena. The arena is split down the middle with sections A, B, and C on the North side and E, F, and G on the South side. Section D is used for special VIPs (such as when the president of DS is in town and also for disabled seating and it is in the very middle of the horseshoe. I'll try to draw it for you...

Each section has 6 rows (1-6 from the bottom to the top). Row 1 has bench seating and rows 2-6 are individual chairs. There are steps in the arena up to row 1 so disabled seating is in the 6th row with access via elevator. The entrance to the arena is behind the Ds on the diagram. Although my lovely diagram doesn't show it, sections C and E are curved to follow the curve of the arena.

IMO the best seats in the house are section B row 2 or 3 with the next best section C row 2 or 3. If you are a durn rebel then your best seats would be F2 or F3 followed by E2 or E3. I personally would try to avoid sections A or G. Although most seats in those sections are fine, if you end up in the far end of the arena your viewing angle might be a bit too oblique. If given a choice of a higher row in section B or C versus a lower row in section A, I'd pick the higher row.

Thank you so much for drawing it out for me! I know it took you some time So Thank you!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 I just checked my reservations ...I'm in section f row 4.Again thank you !

I'm a bit confused... You recommend sections B & F, mid-sides. Wouldn't sections C & E provide a more centralized view of the arena, especially when they come out and parade? I would have guessed that the seats closest to the VIP sections would have the best non-VIP views. Is there some reason that it's more fun or a better view, from the middle of the sideview?

I do recall that the seating was better from the second row up and there's no dirt "dust" kicked up to the upper levels either. They manage to keep the dust down but someone with severe allergies might not want the front row for that reason too.

I used to HAVE to see the show on a monthly basis so I have tried seats in just about every section and row of the arena. Sections B and F are the most central so the action of the show is never too far away. During certain parts of the show - such as the pig races - seats in sections C and E can be a bit far away. They're not bad seats - I certainly have enjoyed the show from those sections many times - but I enjoy the show best from sections B and F.

The reason section D is sort of considered a VIP area is more for its privacy than for its view of the show. So when high up muckety-mucks from the DS organization are in town that is typically where they will sit. Or when the production team is taking show notes they'll sit there so they aren't distracted or causing a distraction for the paying customers.

Those should be very good seats. I actually was sitting in that section chowing down on my chicken in some of the old promotional brochures.
