diving pin quest, help please

I seem to have a problem, started this quest and getting no where fast. I think i know where to be but nothing happens. Its the first question about where the only ship Gallion is and i think its a ship wreak graveyard but go there and nothing happens. Been told by seveal members thats the place to go. Any ideas on what i am doing wrong?

One thing with quests is to make sure that you open the quest, and look at the question. If it indicates to you to go to the Shipwreck graveyard, then go there.

My point is sometimes I forget to click on the "Next Task" before I attempt to do it (if I know what I am doing).
